DRESS s, LACE UP WEDGES sz7
I’m really into sage colored dresses at the moment. I noticed it was an upcoming trend (based on what everyone was selling), so I hopped on it right away because green is my favorite color, and I will not pass up the chance to wear anything green.
In the same vein, it’s still hot enough to wear sleeveless dresses here, so I’m going to until I freeze. This tiered dress is one of my favorites that I’ve picked up so far. It has a flowy skirt with crocheted lace details, and smocking that provides a comfortable fit in the bodice. The smocking definitely helps this girl out in accentuating the little curves I have.
The straps are adjustable which is ALWAYS a plus for me. I also love the print of the fabric, with its small floral details. It definitely reminds me of something you would wear to run through the fields of wildflowers near your cottage as you make friends with the wildlife. I wish I had more cottage looking shoes, like some brown lace up sandals. But until then, I settled for some lace up wedges that match the color of the lace trim in between the tiers (and my parasol!)
